Very cool. Thanks Bruce.

But it's not quite what I'm looking for.

Maybe if I give you an example; my typical edit cycle includes starting off
with a template source member for the type of program that I'd like to
create. Since the template provides the program structure, most of my work
involves simply replacing file/field names etc. For instance, take the
K-LIST definitions. I create all of my klist definitions in separate /COPY
members, so my typical source member has a section like the following:

C/Copy Include/RpgleStd,File1k
C/Copy Include/RpgleStd,File2k
C/Copy Include/RpgleStd,File3k
C/Copy Include/RpgleStd,File4k
etc

What I want to do is to replace each occurance of "File1k" with "File5k",
"File2k" with "File6k" and so on. In Visual Studio, I would just highlight
"File1k", press CTRL-H and the cursor would be waiting in the "Replace
with:" prompt - exactly where I want it. It's smart enough to populate the
"Find what:" prompt with the selected text. Then, once I've entered the
replacement string, I click the Replace button and the editor does it's
thing without moving the file buffer. Code, on the other hand, will move the
file buffer after each operation so that the cursor is positioned on the
first occurance of the text that was replaced. That means that I have to now
put the buffer back to the section that I was working on so that I can see
which string needs to be replaced next.

Have any tips for what I'm trying to achieve?
