i think we had the same problem with our sepcial Program-Create-CLP. You
must check the options of the turnmake.lx. If there is any problem with the
options and your AS400 you will only retrieve the "submitted" message, but
nothing realy happend on the host.
We create a user defined compile-command eg. CO. This command execute the
call of our WCRTPGM CLP with several parameters on the AS400 system. Maybe
you can do this in the same way. Create user defined command and execute the
turnover compile cl.
In our case, it's work fine.

Hey, y'all!

Is anyone else trying to use the turnmake.lx macro to compile through
Softlanding's TurnOver?  When I try to use it, I get the "Compile
submitted." at the bottom of the editor screen, but nothing is ever
submitted on the /400 and there's no indication in either the STRCODE
session's joblog or the command shell that anything was attempted.  I'm
still running V3R2M2 with service pack 1, on Windows 98 with its service
pack (NOT SE).  OS/400 is V4R4.  The only oddity in my setup is that when I
run STRCODE, I'm specifying SERVER(SPA400) rather than SERVER(OS400) - I had
to do that because there are two other AS/400's I could potentially connect
to, and it made it a lot easier to keep everything straight.  Maybe turnmake
can't deal with that?  I don't know enough Rexx to be able to follow it.
