Thanks Claus & Scott, The SETON LR did the trick. However, my Style2
properties page originally did have the "Terminate on Close" option
selected and that didn't seem to work.

        Hi Eric,
the DLL is still running in the background, most likely all Windows
have
been closed. You need to do a SETON LR at the last windows destroy
event.
Or put a pushbutton on the window for EXIT and seton LR when the
Pushbutton
        gets hit.
You can also specify on the Style2 poperties page of the window
"Terminate
on Close", this will also terminate the DLL. when the window gets
closed.

If you don't want the capability of closing the window, uncheck the
systemmenu checkbox on the windows properties Style page.

To terminate a DLL that is still running, use the Windows task list
and end
the job from there, that avoids having to re-boot.
