Hi Stephen Here is a bit of advice from our service group that might help you in your environment. Aren't we going around the problem with that. If it finds the dll in windows/system dir then we have an environment problem. I've seen this happen when in NT an Administrator installs the product but does not take the option to install for all users. How we recovered was to set the environment variables in the user's system properties.
