Thanks for sharing this. While the IBM i platform and its predecessors
have all been RPG oriented, the OS has always included COBOL as an
option. COBOL is my "native" language and I still create new
applications with it. It integrates with the API's in the OS well and I
have yet to find something that I can't get done using it. I have even
deployed CGI browser applications that talk with COBOL programs.
