To call COBOL programs from Java, we are using PCML (Program Call Markup
Language).
Read "COBOL and PCML" in "Chapter 10. COBOL and the eBusiness World" of

Subject: [COBOL400-L] JAVA calling cobol routines
Sent by: cobol400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx
I have a requirement in which my java programs are going to call COBOL
programs residing on AS/400.
JAVA program might have to send the copybooks (in form of structures to
COBOL)?
Any one who has tried this before? Any suitable examples will be great
help.
Thank you,
Anjali Bisht
