This is more operating system stuff, not COBOL, but you could FTP from the 400 to the server, use the CPYTOIMPF or CPYTOSTRMF commands to the IFS, and send from there. You can use the iSeries Access data transfer to pull the data off of the iSeries, and use some utility on the PC to get the information to the server.
