R: Screen layout from DDS

Your code does not work because the file specified in
your SELECT statement is not the same as the file
specified in your FD. Change the name of the file in
your SELECT statement to BUKTODSP and your program
will work fine.

Also the statement "LABEL RECORDS ARE STANDARD" is not
necessary. It is used for reading and writing to tape
files and we do very little of that now.
