If you create spooled files with the required information, then you can you
tools such as ESEND from Advanced Systems Concepts
(http://www.asc-as400.com/opcenter/esend.htm) or Fastfax from Quadrant
Software (http://www.quadrantsoftware.com).

I prefer ESEND because it is easier to set up and lets you send spooled
files in a variety of formats, not just PDF. I'm not associated with either
Advanced Systems Concepts or Quadrant Software...these just happen to be
tools I've used.

Good luck.

Subject: [COBOL400-L] Query regarding AS400 to PDF conversion
Importance: High
Sensitivity: Confidential

        Hello,

We have an urgent requirement of a tool or a method that would help
us to convert AS/400 files to PDF?
        For example:
We have a format in PDF,
        Name:
        Address:
        Age:
The corresponding information is present in AS/400, now we need to
fetch this information from AS/400 and print it in the PDF.

      Thanks and Regards,
      Muthathal Ramasamy
