Qestion: What are the COBOL sort limits -- COBOL400-L

I have an 8.5 G flat file. The file has logicals but they are not part of 
this question. Each 112 character record has about 8 key fields that I sort.

When I sort the key fields, will I encounter any limits or anything else that 
will cause the program to hang or abort?
