~~~ End-If Well, for really complicated processes, I like to see a lot of perform thru exit (and goto) verbs. Maybe just because GOTO was forbidden in so many scenarios - goto goto goto..... Never used the End-if in Cobol... Since I never knew when I was going to get a compiler that does not honor it...just didn't get too comfy with it. A shop full of old Cobol will break anyone from using ending scope delimiters. Its like fighting a tide. I don't think I am an old fogie, but I always seem to work on old code more days than not. Just kidding about the goto's but PERFORM THRU is my best friend. Just some thoughts.... Mark in Charleston SC.
