Hi

This message could be because the job name of the job being submitted
could be same as the job name of the interactive job / session.

Try giving a unique job name for the job being submitted.

Subject: STRSRVJOB - Job cannot be serviced.

Hi All,

I'm trying to debug a batch job. I did the following:

1. Submit job

2. Hold job (Job queue is set to auto-release, but job isn't running)

3. Do a STRSRVJOB

Problem is, I get a message saying, Job cannot be serviced.

Does this have to do with the job queue? The job queue for this

particular job is set to auto-release. Is there any way I can debug
this

without having to change the default queue of the job? I don't have the

authority to change the default job queues.
