Probably not.  This is COBOL calling RPG so it is less error prone since
(hopefully) the RPG programmer will ask what type of data he is being
passed.  In your case char data so it doesn't matter anyway - the caveats I
raised concerned the format of numeric data.

It is however rather inefficient since we're passing multiple parms when one
(the original 01 level) would have worked just fine.
