You will probably have few problems if you follow this advice as written - the critical word though is "all". The one thing that is dangerous to do is to convert one or two programs to ILE and then try to run them alongside OPM programs. Some people get away with it, but most times it is a disaster waiting to happen. RPGers can get away with it far more easily than COBOL programmers - RPGers don't have to worry about the run unit. The best advice is to convert everything to ILE. The next best is to ensure that you convert whole applications (or subsystems) at once.
