Ok, to start over with fresh data: 1.i deleted the object custtranpf file 2. recompiled the custtranpf file 3. used strdfu, option 5, to put in some test data 4. added three records, making sure the correct data is actually in there. 5. i recompiled, option 14 on my source code, chpt0301, compile compelted normally 6. the only error message i reeived was the blocking issue, which isnt a problem. 7. created the cobol program, crtcblpgm 8. Program CHPT0301 created in library TUBBS on 07/28/02 22:25:17. 9. no other error messages come up after creating the program. 10. then, i get this error message when calling my program: Job 043030/TUBBS/QPADEV001J started on 07/28/02 at 23:38:05 in subsystem QIN Message MCH1202 in CHPT0301 in TUBBS (C D F G). I believe i have followed your guidance in changing everything i needed to do. Still stumped but not beating yet.
