Hi. I'm trying to step through a COBOL program using
ISDB. I started ISDB with the following command:

     STRISDB PGM(KELLY/FX054) UPDPROD(*YES)

The program contains statements to open three database
files as I-O. However, when stepping through ISDB,
only two of the I-O database files are opened. The
third file remains inactive.

Why is the third databse file not opened during the
step through? Could it have something to do with the
fact that the database file contains no records?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kelly
