RE: Cobol Question

You must have been reading my code. That is a COBOL module I created to check 
if the current user has authority to the CGI program.
It takes the remote user which in my case is the AS/400 profile and does a 
database lookup to see if that user profile is authorized
to the program or "WS-APP".  You can ignore it.

CALL PROCEDURE         'CHKAPPAUT'
 USING WS-APP.

I never heard of Call Procedure. What is it?
