good morning, Sachin, is this what you are asking for ?

*1* write down the source (PL/ SQL, COBOL, RPG)
*2* compile it (if COBOL, RPG)
*3* create the function (by mean of a script of in ISQL)
*4* call it: i.e.    select YourFunc(argument) from anywhere
