RE: How to retrieve a random number in COBOL/CL/API call

There is nothing.  There is a thread in the News-400 Cobol site (which I
moderate) which was last updated 11/7/2000 and it has the source for a
couple of Cobol random number generators--one of which requires ILE Cobol
and one does not.
