x-no-archive: yes A short note about privacy... On numerous occasions, MIDRANGE dot COM has been approached by people interested in BUYING the various lists of email addresses that make up the subscribers of the mailing lists hosted here. In all cases they were flatly refused. Please be assured that at no time in the past, and no time in the future, will your email address be knowingly given out to anyone for the purposes of mass-mailing. In addition, the various MAJORDOMO (the software we use to help administer the mailing lists) commands that allow people to see who is on a list have been disabled. Also, when a mailing list is archived on a public website, email addresses are hidden to the best of our ability. We cannot, of course, prevent people from collecting email addresses from the people who post to the lists. Such actions do, however, violate the "Guidelines" of all lists hosted here. Violators are subject to termination from the list(s). If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to email David Gibbs (firstname.lastname@example.org), who is the system administrator. MIDRANGE dot COM is a non-commercial organization dedicated to the free exchange of ideas and information among computer users on the internet. +--- | This is the COBOL/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to COBOL400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to COBOL400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to COBOL400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: email@example.com +---END
