A good friend of mine (finest AS/400 professional - he sleeps with a 650 model in its room) suggests to change OPTION parameter to read "*UNREF". As you may see, the default value is *NOUNREF , in such a way that: "OPTION parameter help: *NOUNREF Unreferenced data items are not included in the compiled program. This reduces the amount storage used, allowing a larger program to be compiled. You cannot look at or assign to an unreferenced data item during debugging when the *NOUNREF option is chosen. The unreferenced data items still appear in the cross-reference listings produced by specifying OPTION (*XREF). " We're talking about ILE compiler, of course. Let me know the results.
