Thanks, Mark, but you're talking to somebody who has four editions of the MI manual less than ten feet away: the 1990 edition, the 1993 edition, the V4 edition, and the old S/38 edition. Still nothing I haven't seen.

I'm attempting to learn how to use it empirically.
