No. In the end I had the false impression that the Name of the ASJ entry refers to the actual PGM object to start — which is wrong. RQSDTA is what I'd name "command line". After entering a CALL statement to the *PGM object, stuff now works.

I'm still not sure what the RTGDTA is supposed to do.
