Hi,
When I execute the a call to QRCVDTAQ (an excerpt shown):
decimal(5,0) lRet = 0.0d,
lBuf = lBuffer,
waitTime = 0.0d;
decimal(3,0) lSenderId = sizeof(senderId),
keyLen = 4.0d;
char keyData[4];
error_code_t ec;
QRCVDTAQ(queueName,
queueLib,
&lRet,
buffer,
waitTime,
" ",
0.0d,
&keyData,
lSenderId,
(char *) &senderId,
removeMsg,
lBuf,
&ec);
The program crashes – no error returned it just abends somewhere in the call. However, if I cut the code off prior to the “ “ (the key comparison operator) the call works. If I cut it off prior to the lSenderId then it crashes. I only need that key stuff there as a placeholder so I can retrieve the sender information. I’ve tried so many different permutations but I cannot get past this. I may have been staring at it so much that I am missing something obvious so I’d welcome any suggestions.
This is under i7.3.
