Yeah, well, it wasn't exactly raised as a PMR, but a few exchanges here and
I believe someone who works in that area acknowledged my observations.
Guess I'd better resurrect those emails and write up a proper 'complaint'.

When you opened your PMR with IBM Support, they assigned a PMR number.
You should be able to put that number into the Support web site and see
the status. https://www-947.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
