Re: BLOB/CLOB in ILE/C

Sorry, I misunderstood.  (That's political speak for "I didn't fully read your question".)  Only way I know, is to create a LF that excludes those values, and open that.  You may be able to use open() instead, but I'm not sure (cannot test) - and even so, I don't think you can get record counts from there.
