Short answer no.

Executable code for a PC isn't compatible with an i (which is one
reason virus don't affect it)

Long answer, compiled C# like Java doesn't run directly on the
hardware. You've got the JVM or CLR between the code and the
hardware. So if you can find a CLR for the i, you could possibly run
your C# code.

As it happens, there's an open source project called Mono that is a
CLR for Linux. You could possibly get this to run on your i (via
PASE) In fact, there's a comment on this blog post from somebody
saying they were successful:
