That looks suspicious.

17 | long long PHN_OR_PIN;

18 | short int TID;

If short is a "2B" wouldn't long long be an "8B" and not a "10B"? _short_
is 2 bytes long and _long long_ is 8 bytes long. Assuming the numbers
before the "B" are some sort of byte count that is.
