memmove() has been in OS/400 C since at least VRM440 and I think since
VRM230. It's defined in STRING.H

memmove() is part of ANSI C however it seems some platforms do not supply
memmove() and use a platform-specific alternative (e.g., bcopy(). You
need to inform the pre-compiler that you have the memmove() function.
Specify DEFINE(HAVE_MEMMOVE) on your compile command. ALso check that
strings.h is being included.

I would expect Scott's instructions to handle this requirement. Check any
text files for compile notes, or look for CL source that does the
compile, or look for a TAILOR.H, CONFIG.H, or similar named file that
contains platform-specific compile definitions.
