libstdc++.a missing

I'm trying to run an AIX program in the PASE environment but I get this error: 

exec():
0509-036 Impossible to load the program /Afp2Web/afp2web for these errors: 0509-150 It is not possible to lad the module libstdc++.a(libstdc++.so.5) dependent. 0509-022 Impossible to load module libstdc++.a(libstdc++.so.5). 0509-026 System error: A file or a directory in the path does not exist.
