>> I had a program and a service program. Now, I deleted the service program. Why is the program still running? One of two things that I can think of. a) The program wasn't using the service program. You can check this by doing a DSPPGM and paging (<Enter> key) through to the service program list. b) The AG in which the service program was running has not ended. e.g. The service program runs in *CALLER and your program ran in QILE. Unless you delete the AG or sign off, QILE remains, and the service program remains active.
