I am looking for a product that will allow me to access other databases
using SQL in ILE C++ programs.
Other Databases:
* MS SQL Server
* Oracle
* MySQL
* Etc.
I know that John Brandt was working on something like this (though, I
don't know if it supports anything besides MS SQL server). You might
check out his home page:

Otherwise, there's JDBC in Java... it should be able to access any of
those databases. You could write some JNI code to invoke the Java routines
from C.... throw that in a service program to make it easy for your other
programs. This probably won't perform very well, but that's Java for you.
