Don't have time right now to go through your code. From the high level it looks like the APR should be platform independent, but I always say 'nothing is ever easy'. Here is a link to a PDF that seems related: http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/RedbookAbstracts/sg246716.html? Open Hope that helps. It seams that I missunderstood the concepts of pasting file descriptors to childs on OS400. I suposed that the concept is the same as on UNIX like platforms. Currently I don't know how to solve the my problem. BTW: Stripped sources of my simple inetd protytype can be found here: Server (inetd): http://www.dezo.org/inet_test.c Clinet job (clinet process): http://www.dezo.org/apr_test.c Heh ... any additional hint would be helpfull too ;) Best regards, Dezo _______________________________________________ This is the C programming iSeries / AS400 (C400-L) mailing list To post a message email: C400-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/c400-l or email: C400-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/c400-l.
