I have been trying to get the number of records retrieved on a FETCH from
sqlca.sqlerrd[3].  And it isn't working (at least not how I expect it to.)

I fetched a record from a file which has only 1 record in it and the value
of sqlerrd[3] was 22.  I did the same thing in an SQLRPGLE pgm and the value
is 1 - which is what I expect.

Does anyone know offhand what is going on here?
