I've now successfully been able to get the source debugger working on V4R5 and V5R2, but not V5R1. I spoke to the person running the machine. To rule out a security issue, he tried to compile as QSECOFR, with no success. He also de-installed and re-installed the C compiler, again with no success. He's going to contact IBM next.
