FIONBIO is to set the socket as none-blocking IO, this way if you attempt to use a function that would block (send() recv() etc), the function isn't executed full, instead it returns the errno of EWOULDBLOCK. > (I don't find a TCP_NODELAY macro in QSYSINC.)
