Art,

You can use QSPOPNSP and QSPGETSP to copy the actual data to a User
Space. From there you can "look" at the data. But it will be ASCII.
And it is probably PCL5 or something like that.

Hello,
Is there a way to look at this Spool File:

Opt File User Queue User Data Sts Pages
Page
Copy
  5 TFGLD902 GOLDEN QPRINT 140112000 RDY 1*
1

The results of this is:
File TFGLD902 number 1 cannot be displayed, copied, or sent.

This is because the file is ASCII and has the 1* for Pages, it's an
output
from a C program running in QSHELL. As a work-around we should be able
to
create a ASCII file in the QSHELL then FTP the file. But I'd sure like
to
see what is in this Spool file. Is there a way to change this Spool
File?
Thanks,
Art
