The description of the fifth parameter is:
"argv[]
(Input) An array of pointers to strings that contain the argument list for
the executable file. The last element in the array must be the NULL
pointer. If this parameter is NULL, an error occurs. "

As the documentation states, if you pass a null pointer it will cause an
error.
