Philip,

Might be the problem.  I'm using:
Qus_EC_t  error = {sizeof(Qus_EC_t)};

Which probably only sets the Bytes_Provided to zero.

I'll give it a try!

Check that, if being used, the structure for the error_code parameter
is
zeroed and set properly i.e. the line memset(&err_code, 0,
sizeof(err_code)); in the code below;
