api to get current directroy -- C400-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

The X/Open getcwd() is available but I don't have quick access to ANSI
materials to determine if it's also ANSI.  The API can be found in the
Integrated File System APIs chapter of the System APIs.

What is the ansi api to get current directory?
I see the RTVCURDIR command, but I prefer to use a standard api.
