Have you ever looked at a conference agenda and thought.. I wonder why there isn't a session on _____? or... They always talk about _____ why can't they cover _______?

As the BPCS/LX team begins to solidify the session grid for inPower 2023, we'd like to give our community the opportunity to have some input.
If you were in charge of the conference what session or sessions would you put on the session grid?
These don't have to be technical sessions either. If you have a business need or process that you'd like to understand better, chances are others would be interested in a session or 3 on it as well.
You can be as creative as you like. As long as BPCS/LX is involved somewhere we'd be interested in your thoughts on what would make an interesting session.

I'm hoping for a lively thread here, so please be welcome to post back!

PS.. If you haven't heard of the inPower conference before... It's a user led conference dedicated to the 3 IBM i based ERP systems owned by Infor (LX/BPCS, XA/MAPICS and System 21/?), as well as the Enterprise Integrator software that all 3 ERP's use in common. You can see the conference page at ibmi.workoutloud.com/Events. The page is a work in progress, and more information will appear as soon as it's available.

PPS.. The conference is open to all, regardless of your status with Infor. So is the user group. Our page is also hosted on the ibmi.workoutloud.com platform, come join us!
