Infor has an OLM purge "under development" but I have not heard when it will be available so any purge/cleanup is on the customer to do.
If there are any audit concerns you may want to create history files to store purged records to or do a soft delete(update record ID). I just delete them since we have archival backups available.
Primary key for OLM files are warehouse + load number. Be sure to include the ZPD table in your OLM purge routine.

I think what Bob is looking for is: "Why are the old load records still there?" Basically asking if there is some purge program he should be running at month end or some such thing. And I believe he is hoping for a user oriented option to do so and not a "use SQL or write a program to purge these records" type of solution.
If I'm wrong Bob can correct me.
I'm more of a sysadmin guy and others here handle our LX stuff.

Bob,
Depends on how far back you wish to havehistory of Loads.
Any load records older than your order entry orders have no value and can be removed.

Can anyone tell me if there is a native way to clean up the OLM files?
LLH/ LLM/LLL etc. files are getting pretty large and would like to
clean them up a bit.
