First of all there is no file labeled FSH you meant FSO. Normally one does not track the status codes in the SFC files.

Code 04 means order is entered.
Code 05 means the order is released

I have seen a few questions about this but no comprehensive answers.

Apparently '04' and 05' but what do they mean?

These are fields on FMA, FOD & FSH.
