Rob/Ryan,
There are not any end user guides within the iSeries - all that is available is the help text for each BPCS/LX Product - product meaning the specific area, for example INV - for Inventory.
In each program if he hits F1 and then F2 he will be presented the help text for that program.

Oh ok - you need to find out what version of BPCS you have. When you
sign-on to BPCS the version is in the splash screen like the screen shot
example below.

On the opening screen as I open the program, it says IBM Version 5.9 for
Windows.
The program is named AS400 and am told it is BPCS-no one seems to be able
to provide me with any sort of user manual where I'm using the program and
am hoping I'll be able to download one to get an overview of the system
and how it works
