Larenzo - We have the same, resulting from scrap percentages in the BOM and also from UOM conversions like lbs (of steel) to pieces, etc. Also an occasional "oops" in AS400 processing.

Subject: [BPCS-L] BPCS Backlushing Decimal such as .005?

We are using BPCS  version 6.1 Release 01

All of sudden we've noticed BPCS backflushing quantities with decimals such as .005, 7.870. I've looked around to see if I notice any numbers set up with decimal points in the BOM but can't find any suspects.

Has anyone encounted this before or could point me in the right direction of what to check to see what may be causing the problem?

Thanks
