mirroring with bpcs 4.0.05

we have a valid software key for BPCS that we are trying to use.
We are not on maintenance so I can't ask questions..
I change the job date to the date of the key.
When I apply the key with sys660c it has to be with V40SECURER on the
library list before our bpcs object library BPCSUSR.
I have suspended replication on the V40SECURER library.
however I can get into bpcs.. but then I believe the replication is getting
to the software and I get the validation key error.

Does anyone have documentation on what objects in the bpcs object library
not to replicate?

I would assume it is the SYS* objects..

We did this test in 2007.. but I can't remember how we handled this issue.
