You can try check if the specific records are locked (marked by value TM in
field KFP.FOTYP - not in front of system so field name may be not) , make it
blank and see if it helps...

The facility and warehouse code appears to be set up correctly and we
performed MRP explosion several times against facility 92 to make sure that
wasnt the problem.

Any idea what I may need to check like a Facility reset or MRP reset or
