Planned Orders Not Showing but in KFP

I see planned orders in the KFP file for facility '92' warehouse 'AC' but they aren't showing in MRP Maintenace (MRP510) or Planning Pegging/Inquiry (MRP300) but they do show in our PO Consolidation/Release Mainteance (PUR640B).
 
The facility and warehouse code appears to be set up correctly and we performed MRP explosion several times against facility 92 to make sure that wasnt the problem.
 
Any idea what I may need to check like a Facility reset or MRP reset or something?
 
We 're running BPCS 6.1
