If I understand correctly, you see the planned orders in DRP300. But you don't mention using DRP540 (and DRP541) which are the programs that actually release Planned Orders and create Resupply Orders. DRP540 allows entry of an upper release date. To get everything released, suggest leaving the wide open end date of 99/99/99. Not sure what version you are on - I happen to be at a client on 4.05CD today.

We've set up a new facility to be supplied via our main facility. What
we're noticing is that items are not being placed on the DRP orders
generated for customer orders due in the future. My guess is it's doing
this because DRP doesn't sense it needs to make it now. A review of the
DRP300 screen says the order is planned.

This doesn't meet the way our users want this facility to be supplied.
Basically, they would like DRP to generate a resupply order for any
customer order out of that facility regardless of the customer order due
date. How would this be set up?
