Still feeling my way here. I am implementing an new EDI record (866)
and I have most of the coding complete to bring in the data and to
update the 856 but I need to add a field to the order entry program so
that a bit of new information (a VIN) can display and be maintained in
the order. I think that means a change to ORD500. I am just having a
bit of difficulty in determining the right display format to tweak.
Looking at ORD500FM I would have guessed that the ORD500S3 subfile would
be the correct place to start but it doesn't seem to match what I see
when I actually run the program but I have only been looking at in
"view" rather than a "change" mode.
I just need to verify that ORD500/ORD500FM is the correct place to add a
field to the order entry program or, should I look somewhere else?
